If you are a new patient and would like to fill out your registration information please choose "Patient Login" from our menu above. 

If you are a referring doctor please choose "Referring Doctors" from our menu above and proceed to enter your "Doctor ID" and "Password". If you have not been given either one yet please contact our office.

Our office utilizes the most current technology available for endodontic treatment. Upon arrival, medical history and other required information is entered on a tablet PC prior to treatment.  Each room (as seen on the right) is equiped with digital radiography which provides you with the benefit of minimal radiation and immediate image presentation in any of the 3 computer monitors in each room. We also use the operating microscope which is a precise instrument that allows visualization of up to 20x magnification inside the tooth that is being treated.

In our office sterilization is monitored during each cycle with special indicators, and weekly with spores that are sent to a lab for confirmation of complaince with the highest levels of infection control.

Our office is managed with a state of the art software which allows us to provide you with online registration and information updates at your convenience anytime. Your referring doctor will also be able to follow all phases of your treatment via our website.
